Yes, by default Inari backfills call transcripts from Gong and analyzes it all up to date period that users select when connecting and credits that the org has.

Each credit is 500 characters ingested; Gong transcripts tend to be quite long so these conversations can bc 50 to 100 Inari credits.

Inari is free to sign up and new organizations are granted free credits to test analyzing an initial set of call transcripts and pieces of feedback.

Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin.

Subscriptions Required

Inari is free to sign up and grant free credits to try the product.
Must have Gong subscription with sales call transcripts in order to use the Gong integration.
Otherwise Inari connects with other sources of customer feedback for analysis.

Connect

  • Sign into Inari to create a new account and organization.
  • Connect to Gong directly through a dedicated authentication flow.
  • Select one or multiple Gong workspaces to ingest calls from.
  • Press Connect and new calls will automatically be ingested, analyzed, then summarized into product insights moving forward.
