Connect
- Ensure you have accounts with both Gong and Lantern: Before you can integrate Gong with Lantern, you need to have active accounts with both services.
- Log in to your Lantern account: Navigate to the Lantern platform and log in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Integrations page: Once logged in, go to the "Integrations" section of the Lantern platform.
- Find Gong in the list of available integrations: Scroll through the list of available integrations until you find Gong.
- Click on the 'Connect' button: Next to the Gong listing, you'll see a 'Connect' button. Click on this to start the integration process.
- Authorize Lantern to access Gong: You'll be redirected to a Gong login page. Enter your Gong credentials and authorize Lantern to access your Gong data.
- Complete the integration: After authorizing, you'll be redirected back to Lantern. The Gong integration should now be active, and Lantern will start ingesting your Gong call data.
