Contest Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE OR REGISTRATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR REGISTRATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Sponsor. The sponsor is Gong.io Inc., PO Box 190250, San Francisco, CA 94119.
- Eligibility. The contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia aged eighteen (18) years or older, except employees of Sponsor and their close relatives. There is no entry fee. No purchase or registration is necessary to enter this Contest.
- How to Enter. Entries will be accepted online at https://visioneers.gong.io/ community starting on December 2, 2024 at 10 am (PT) and ending on December 13, 2024 at 3:00 pm (PT). Entrants are permitted to submit more than one entry; however, each entry must be unique and comply with these Terms and Conditions. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
- Grand Prize Winner. Community members will have the ability to cast their vote for the best submission by “liking” the response in the thread from December 2, 2024 at 10:00 am (PT) to December 13, 2024 at 5:00 PM (PT). One (1) grand prize winner with the highest number of votes will be selected on December 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm (PT) from all eligible entries received and verified by Sponsor. Winner will receive a $500 Amazon gift card.
- Early Entry Prizes. Twenty (20) prizes will be awarded to the first twenty (20) entrants who complete the entry process for the Contest. Each of these entrants will receive a Gong merchandise gift card. Early entry will be determined based on the timestamp of entry submissions as recorded by Gainsight Customer Communities.
- Notification of Winners. The grand prize winner and the twenty (20) early entry winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the conclusion of the Contest. The grand prize winner will be announced to the Visioneer Community. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, or if a winner rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited. For the grand prize winner, the entrant with the next highest number of votes from all remaining eligible entries will be selected as the winner.
- Prize Restrictions. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value for any reason without giving notice. Any Contest related expenses, including federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers and directors (collectively, “Released Entities”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED ENTITIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. - Use of Data. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information. Personal information provided in conjunction with the Contest is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at www.gong.io/privacy-policy.
- Governing Law; Disputes. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute in connection herewith shall be resolved in the federal and state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
