Protecting our customers’ data privacy is always a top priority for Gong. Gong understands the importance of protecting the critical business and personal information entrusted to Gong’s Revenue AI Platform.

Data access and authorizations are provided on a need-to-know basis, and based on the principle of least privilege. Gong customers may configure a data retention duration. Customer data is purged from Gong systems subsequent to contract termination.

Gong is certified with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and, as applicable, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and/or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF). Our public DPF profile is available here.
